At Flowstead, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching programs, workshops, and digital resources that genuinely support your daily rhythm and long-term productivity. We stand behind the quality of everything we offer and want every client to feel confident in their investment.
This Return and Refund Policy sets out the conditions under which refunds are available for Flowstead's products and services, the process for requesting a refund, and any applicable timeframes. This policy operates alongside your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which cannot be excluded or limited.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Flowstead's products and services come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service we provide fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you have rights including repair, replacement, or refund. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any such rights.
Where a major failure occurs (e.g., the service is fundamentally different from what was described, or substantially unfit for its purpose), you may be entitled to a full refund regardless of the timeframes set out in this policy.
Digital Programs — Flow Foundations
The Flow Foundations self-guided program is delivered digitally upon payment. Because digital content is accessible immediately upon purchase, the following conditions apply:
- 14-day satisfaction review period: If you are dissatisfied with the program within 14 calendar days of purchase and have not accessed more than 25% of the digital content, you may request a full refund by contacting us.
- After 14 days or significant access: Refunds are not available once 14 days have passed or once more than 25% of the program content has been accessed, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
- Technical issues: If you experience a verifiable technical issue that prevents you from accessing the program content, we will work to resolve it promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, a full refund will be issued.
Coached Programs — Steady State Program
The Steady State Program involves both digital content access and live video coaching sessions. The following conditions apply:
- Before first coaching session: A full refund is available if requested before your first scheduled coaching session, provided the request is made in writing at least 48 hours before the session.
- After first coaching session: Once the first coaching session has been completed, a partial refund may be considered based on the proportion of sessions not yet delivered, at Flowstead's discretion and consistent with Australian Consumer Law obligations.
- Coach cancellation: If Flowstead cancels a scheduled session without providing a suitable alternative date within 14 days, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the cancelled session.
- Non-attendance without notice: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without providing at least 24 hours' notice, that session will be considered consumed and is not eligible for a refund or rescheduling unless exceptional circumstances apply.
Team Flow Workshops
Team Flow Workshop bookings involve significant planning and resource allocation. The following cancellation and refund schedule applies:
- More than 21 days before the workshop date: Full refund of any deposit or prepayment, less a A$90 administration fee.
- 8–21 days before the workshop date: 50% refund of the total workshop fee.
- 7 days or fewer before the workshop date: No refund is available. However, we may at our discretion offer to reschedule the workshop to a mutually agreed alternative date, subject to availability.
- Flowstead-initiated cancellation: If Flowstead cancels a booked workshop, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued within 5 business days.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under this policy, please contact Flowstead in writing, providing:
- Your full name and email address used at time of purchase.
- The name of the program or workshop you purchased.
- The date of purchase and the amount paid.
- A brief description of the reason for your refund request.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days of receiving all required information.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your financial institution. Flowstead does not charge any fees for processing approved refunds.
Where a refund is issued to a credit card or debit card, the amount will appear on your statement within the timeframe set by your card issuer, which is typically 3–7 business days but may vary.
Exchanges
If you have purchased a program that does not suit your current situation, we may at our discretion offer to transfer your enrolment to a different program of equivalent or greater value, with any price difference to be settled accordingly. Please contact us to discuss this option before requesting a refund.
Changes to This Policy
Flowstead may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. This policy does not affect any rights you have already accrued under a previous version at the time of your purchase.
