By accessing or using our website or any Flowstead service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to be bound by them in full. Flowstead provides coaching programs, workshops, digital resources, and educational content focused on daily schedule organisation, energy rhythm management, and sustainable productivity practices. Specific services currently available include:

• Flow Foundations — a self-guided 4-week digital program.
• Steady State Program — an 8-week coached program including video sessions.
• Team Flow Workshop — group facilitation sessions delivered in person or online.
• Free educational content published on zodmarixxydrizur.ddd.

Flowstead reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

User Accounts and Registration

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Flowstead's content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the services you have purchased or to which you have otherwise been granted access. This licence does not permit you to:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Flowstead content.
• Use Flowstead's branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent.
• Share programme access credentials with individuals who have not purchased access.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Flowstead's programs, content, and services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We provide frameworks and coaching related to daily schedule organisation and energy management; our content does not constitute professional psychological, medical, or clinical advice of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable legislation:

• Flowstead provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee that using our programs will produce any specific outcomes. Individual results vary based on personal circumstances, commitment levels, and many factors outside our control.
• Flowstead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Flowstead in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Payments and Billing

All prices displayed on zodmarixxydrizur.world are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, except that confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price in effect at the time of purchase.

Payment for programs and workshops is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to Flowstead or other users. Upon termination:

• Your licence to access Flowstead content is immediately revoked.
• We are not obligated to provide refunds for any unused portion of a service unless required by Australian Consumer Law or our Return Policy.
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, and Governing Law sections.
